Solution
Wiring harness
Most dead trailer lights are a connection problem, not an LED problem. This is the half of the system that decides whether the lamp lasts.
What we supply
- Split Y-harnesses in 22 ft runs with a 4 ft trunk, colour-coded, 4-pin flat.
- PL-3 sealed plugs and matching grommets for every lamp size in the range.
- Pigtails and mounting hardware, supplied with the kits and stocked as service parts.
Why the sealed side matters
- Moisture enters at the connector long before it reaches the LED.
- Sealed PL-3 terminations plus IP67 lamp bodies remove the usual failure path.
- Grommets and plugs are kept as spares so a lamp swap never becomes a wiring job.
